Rhodisha House

Similar and local to the Princess hotel, this project involved the demolition/ internal gutting of a grade II, 7-storey listed building and refurbishment to convert the building into offices. The basement was converted into 23-car park spaces, which involved dismantling eleven cast iron columns in the basement to provide alternative means of support and extend the ceiling height to facilitate car access.
